The students will make French Macarons, Chocolate ganache and Strawberry fillings.

The students will make a coconut crispy cake, a whipped cream, a mascarpone cream

The students will make (pick one)

  • Option 1: about 10 regular vanilla cupcakes with Chantilly frosting + chocolate madeleine

  • Option 2: about 10 regular vanilla cupcakes + 10 regular chocolate cupcakes with homemade buttercream frosting (your choice of color frosting)

CHEESE SOUFFLES + WHITE AND DARK CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE $180

The students will make:

  • Individual Cheese Souffles

  • Dark chocolate cake + white chocolate filling

RAINBOW ROLL CAKE with chocolate or strawberry filling  $180

The students will make:

  • A milk or dark chocolate ganache OR a strawberry curd made with fresh fruits

  • A mascarpone whipped cream

  • 1 Rainbow Roll cake (one rainbow cake)

CHILLED SOUP + STRAWBERRY & CREAM CUP + CHOCOLATE TREAT  $190

The students will make:

  • A healthy gazpacho with watermelon, cucumber, fennel

  • A dessert made of a homemade strawberry puree, whipped cream

  • A Chocolate saucisson made of Marshmallow, chocolate, maple cereals and almond butter

SWEET & SAVORY CUPCAKES   $200

The students will make:

  • Mini tomato & parmesan cupcakes with tomato frosting

  • Mini vanilla cupcakes with vanilla or Almond frosting

GNOCCHIS + PESTO + CHOCOLATE MARSCHMALLOW  POPS $220

The students will make:

  • A mashed potato (or Spinach) to make the gnocchis

  • A pesto from scratch (fennel or basil + pinenuts + olive oil)

  • Marschmallow pops with melted chocolate & sprinkles

The students will make:

  • The crust

  • The filling of the quiche

  • Chocolate madeleines or chocolate souffles

  • The spinach roll cake

  • The stuffing: cream cheese, tomato and fresh herbs

  • Homemade ladyfingers for the tiramisu

  • pesto from scratch (fennel or basil + pine nuts + olive oil)
