The students will make a coconut crispy cake, a whipped cream, a mascarpone cream

CUPCAKES $180
The students will make (pick one)

Option 1: about 10 regular vanilla cupcakes with Chantilly frosting + chocolate madeleine

Option 2: about 10 regular vanilla cupcakes + 10 regular chocolate cupcakes with homemade buttercream frosting (your choice of color frosting)

CHEESE SOUFFLES + WHITE AND DARK CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE $180
The students will make:

A pesto from scratch (fennel or basil + pinenuts + olive oil)
